Power Plant Overview

As the primary source of energy, the power plant is responsible for providing stable electricity to the entire base and all factories. Without power, no facility can operate normally, leading to halted production lines or even a complete shutdown of the base. Therefore, the power plant is like the "heart" of the entire production system, sustaining the normal functioning of all facilities and is the first facility that needs to be unlocked.

Power Duration:

The primary role of the power plant is to convert any one of the six basic mineral resources into "Power duration." When the base is "powered," factories and other facilities can operate efficiently.

  • Power Consumption: Each unit of mineral resource can be converted into a certain duration of "Power duration."

  • Technology Upgrades: Increase the "Power duration" of each mineral resource

Voltage Load:

All planets maintain a standard base voltage, and all Factories will occupy different voltage in standby or operational modes. Managing "Voltage load" is crucial, as exceeding the voltage limit will directly reduce "Production efficiency".

  • Base Voltage: The initial "Voltage load" limit is 100.

  • Technology Upgrades: Technology upgrades can increase the maximum "Voltage load" limit.

Production Efficiency:

"Production efficiency" refers to the time required for factories to produce or process products, influenced by both "Voltage load" and power supply status.

  • Power Supply Status: When the power supply is interrupted, voltage will drop to a negative value, causing "Production efficiency" in all factories to fall to its lowest level.

  • 100% Efficiency: When the total voltage occupied by all factories does not exceed the upper voltage limit, voltage will remain at the maximum 100, maintaining 100% "Production efficiency" .

  • Efficiency Reduction: When the occupied voltage exceeds the limit, the "Voltage load" will be calculated based on the total occupied voltage, which will lead to a decrease in "Production efficiency".

By effectively managing "Power duration", "Voltage load", and "Production efficiency", players can enhance the overall operational efficiency of the power plant, providing stable support for other facilities in the game.
